Going to Xela, you may make reservations, although tickets are usually available if you arrive one hour before departure. The trip is normally about 4 to 4.5 hours. Do not take any departures after 3:00 PM—if necessary, stay overnight in Guatemala City and leave the next day. We have an optional airport pickup and homestay available if you need to do this. The schedules below are accurate to the best of our knowlege but may change without notice.
A valid passport (not due to expire within 6 months) is required to enter Guatemala, but citizens of most countries do not need a visa. The complete list of countries from which a visa is not required is on our FAQ page.
